want to thank you for the endless hours of hard work and professionalism
that each of you spent in assessing and managing a "difficult
job" . Monty was able to present an honest and fair assessment
of considerations that had to be made before beginning any
work and was honest in pricing the job.
They safely
completed a rarer monlithic floor construction, stabilized
a sagging wall, and strategically placed a sump pump for maximum
effectiveness. My father and mother in-laws had never been
able to use the basement since the house was constructed in
1976. They reversed 30 years of basement flooding into a workable
and safe home for my wife's parents. I just wish we done it
much earlier.
Monty
guarantees all his work and he even had his team come back
and do additional work to clear up minor moist areas at no
extra cost. If you want the best quality work done for your
money you can't go wrong. This team clearly puts "attention
to detail" at its highest priority. If I had two basements
I would have you all come back again!! You're all officially
